A Scandal of One's Own
You may or may not know by now that the PLCB started an investigation against Local 44 because someone called in a complaint that we are serving beers that are not registered in PA.
They confiscated one beer from us (three kegs of it). It is something that you drink all over the city, and have enjoyed with us in the past. Hopefully you will enjoy it with us again soon. That list, if you're interested in a fun weekend activity, can be found here.
We're working furiously to get our beer back (it's the principle!)
as quickly as we can. We've been reading a lot of nice
comments online about Local 44, since this all happened,
thank you very very sincerely from all of us, it puts a
lot of wind in our sails to know that you like the bar we
built and will continue to support it.
